Cannot delete an old Fly.io account

I am trying to delete my old Fly.io account but it won’t let me due to a linked Tigris bucket that needs to be destroyed. However, every time I attempt to destroy the bucket I get an error even though it appears to exist:

Error: input:3: deleteAddOn The specified bucket does not exist

All things Tigris: the Globally Distributed S3-Compatible Object Storage.
